Kuchai Entrepreneur's Park has many eateries with good food that cater for the locality and also the nearby Old Klang Road residents. Here there are also varied choices to choose from. Shops sprout up, some of them stay for good with some just doing business for a few months before closing down, seemingly unable to cater to the tastes of the locality.
Most of the eateries sells Chinese food, but here one can find some Malay food, Japanese food, Western food, coffee joins etc. The eateries range from mid-up-market to places that sells relatively affordable food for the local office workers. One shop that sells affordable food (which I think will cater for the taste of the people here) is Restoran Yap Hup Kee; and I think there will be here to stay as this outlet is a branch of a chain.


One of their signature dish is the Curry Chee Cheong Fun (CCF); actually patrons have a choice of other sauces too (see menu below). Loh See Fun is also served here, with an option going with curry too.


The dish came with the CCF flat noodles immersed in a generous helping of curry and a sprinkling of deep-fried pounded dried prawns. The curry was not too thick, just adequately to give it that creaminess without being overwhelming. It was not too spicy hot.
Stir in the prawns and they add the prawny flavour to the dish. The noodles themselves were not the soft CCF, but almost like kwei teow noodles but slightly softer and more bitey. At RM2-50 per plate, I could have wolfed down two plates but restrained myself, keeping my tummy clear for some of the extras that were on the menu too.


There were a good choice of extras and we zoomed in on one "dry dish" - i.e. deep-fried luncheon meat wrapped in foo chok - and one "wet dish" - pork balls soup. Just a nice balance.


The slices of luncheon meat were wrapped in foo chok (tofu skin) and then deep fried till the foo chok were crispy, and the luncheon meat had a crispy outer skin with juicy insides. I like the porcelain plate that these were served in, it's in the shape of a green/white Chinese lettuce.


Their pork ball soup was quite alright with the pork ball being meaty flavourful. I believe that made it themselves as these tasted much better than those run-off-the-mill ones purchase-able from markets. The soup was made from bone stock without MSG as I did not feel thirsty afterwards.


 Now this is an interesting drink, barley with pumpkin. The pumpkin was blended with the barley water adding their flavoursome. A good combo, this one.


The noodles menu, it's a simple choice of Chee Cheong Fun or Loh See Fun. Both served with one's selection of gravy or soup.
