These are some artwork which we saw while in transit at Busan Gimhae Airport Domestic Terminal during our cycling tour of Jeju & Busan.

Most of the exhibits were on display at the central hall at the first floor of the domestic terminal, some were along the corridors.

The labeling of the titles and painters were in Korean which I do not read, so the title and interpration is my own:
Fruits & Leaves on the Ground - 1440x960 painting (1972).


Colourful Fishing Huts on Stilts in The Sea - 1110x1100 painting (1955).


Kwan Yin -  pinewood relief panel carving.


Green stylised fishes - pinewood relief panel carving.


A Modern Korean Girl - pinewood relief panel carving.

Birds Flying Out in the Evening Sky - pinewood relief panel carving.


Old Korean Writing Characters - pinewood relief panel carving.

A temple emblem - relief carving on a cut out tree trunk.


Psychedelic modern painting.
What do I see here.... a medieval Korean soldier sitting on a horse?


Mending Fishing Nets - 1110x 1440 painting (1944).


Portrait of a Lady Student - 1100x1440 painting (1955).


Buddhist carving in the rocks - 1440x1100 painting (1950).


Fishermens' Boats in a Blue Sea - 2300x1600 painting (1952).


Fern Leaf with Written Korean Characters - wood panel relief carving.


Colourful modern painting.


A Green Trunk on a Boat - 900x1130 painting (1969).


Green based modern painting - 1620x1160 painting.

The following are ceramic sculptures or pottery seen at the central hall:
Robots!
What do I see? A father and son robot team, they remind me of the Gigantor robot of Japanese cartoon.



Red Crowned Crane Flying in the Forest - glazed porcelain pot.


A glazed porcelain urn.
What do I see? A big-nosed old man with long eye-lashes and a beard OR a waterfall cliff in the forest.


Glazed porcelain tea set.


Spiral fern leafs - unglazed porcelain plate.


Deers in the forest with a flying crane - glazed porcelain urn.


A colourfully painted piano. It was a real piano, visitors could even play music on it.


A poster indicatin that the exhibitonwas hel from 2nd March 2017 to 31st March 2017. We were lucky to catch it.
