Pros   : Centrally Located, Good staff service and a lot of freebies. Room size average (by Japanese standards), warm water always, clean. Free wi-fi at lobby and in rooms. 24/7 convenience store just opposite

Cons  : Not much luggage storage space.

Overall Rating : 7.8/10
Recommendation : Good Stay. 
1. Location : 
(Rated : 9/10) - Excellent centrally located to active Dotonbori Street, Nipponbashi electronics district. Beautiful bridges and with easy walking access to shopping, nearby museums, train stations.

2. Room  :
(Rated 6/10) - Average size, clean, nice & clean bathroom, Free wi-fi and TV channels limited.

3. Staff Servicing :
(Rated : 8/10) - Good, happy & polite staff. Takes the trouble to attend to guests' needs.

4. General Facilities :
(Rated 8/10) - A lot of freebies at the lobby, including - free overseas call with cordless phones, coffee/tea vending machine, p.c.with printers, massage chairs, souvenirs. Other freebies include bicycle loan and lap-top loan for use in room. Dining hall. 

5. Value for Money :
(Rate 8/10) - Cost reasonable for good location,
